Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service was completely unavailable for an extended period due to our fault
- You were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service
- The service provided was significantly different from what was advertised
- Technical issues on our end that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time
⚠ Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the billing date. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the service during the billing period
- Account suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Issues caused by the client's own configuration or misuse
- Third-party software or plugin issues
- Downtime caused by scheduled maintenance (announced in advance)
- Downtime caused by DDoS attacks or external factors beyond our control
- Partial month refunds after service has been used
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:

- Provide your account email and invoice number
- Clearly describe the reason for your refund request
- Include any relevant screenshots or evidence
Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account and all associated services
- Permanent ban from future services
- Recovery of disputed amounts through legal means if necessary
