BoltByte Hosting provides game server hosting services including but not limited to:
- Minecraft server hosting (all variants)
- Game server management via control panel
- Server resources including RAM, storage, and network bandwidth
- Technical support for hosted services
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.
User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
BoltByte Hosting will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to use our services for any of the following:
- Hosting, distributing, or facilitating illegal content of any kind
- Conducting DDoS attacks or any form of network abuse
- Mining cryptocurrency or running resource-intensive unauthorized scripts
- Spamming, phishing, or any malicious activities
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
- Violating the intellectual property rights of any party
- Any activity that violates applicable Indian or international laws
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.
Billing & Payments
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a purchase, you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your selected plan
- Ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date
- Accept that services are provided on a prepaid basis
- Understand that failure to pay may result in service suspension
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. BoltByte Hosting reserves the right to change pricing at any time with prior notice.
Suspension & Termination
BoltByte Hosting reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and services at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Non-payment of dues
- Abusive behavior towards staff or other users
- Any activity that threatens the security or stability of our infrastructure
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We may delete your data after termination without any obligation to retain it.
Limitation of Liability
BoltByte Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits arising out of your use of our services.
We do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and unexpected outages may occur. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and notify users in advance when possible.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
